| Bayland Insurance Group, Inc. was founded in April of 1992. The first office was a leased, two room facility located in the city of De Pere, Wisconsin. There was no premium volume and the agency had only three carriers under contract. The staff consisted of the agency principal, Tom Harrison, and a receptionist who doubled as a customer service representative. A great deal has changed since then!
In November of 1992 the agency leased the 3000 square foot facility at 726 Willard Drive in Green Bay. In 1994 Bayland Insurance purchased the building and an additional acre of land in the heart of one of the city's most vibrant and fastest growing retail areas.
In November of 2001 the agency purchased and moved into a 9,000 square foot location located at 3138 Market Street Green Bay WI in the heart of the Ashwaubenon Industrial park just off of the Hwy 41 and Oneida Street Exit.
The current full-time staff of 13 includes principals, producers and administration personnel who are fully aware of the potential and planned growth that exists within the business plan for Bayland Insurance. The entire organization is aware of where it came from, is proud of what it has accomplished, and is determined to become the finest full service insurance agency in Northeast Wisconsin.
